With over twenty-five years of consulting and training experience, Ted assists visionary executives to develop customer focused, high performing organizations. He guides organizations to identify, meet, and exceed their customer needs through an outcome-based, General Systems Approach. Ted has personally facilitated the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of 200 plus organizational transformation and strategic change initiatives, using Innovation, Strategic Management, Performance Management and Process Redesign methodologies.
Ted provides clients with workable solutions to their complex problems. Before joining P4 Management and PerformWare Learning, Ted was the CLO of a large healthcare organization, Director of Organization Excellence, and an Executive Consultant with Achieve Global. Ted holds an MA in HRD as well as a BS in Developmental Economics, and a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies. Ted has earned 14 professional certificates including Senior Professional in Human Resources, and Master Trainer.
